 Course Overview

6th Grade Mathematics | Academics | Middle School | The American School in Japan

It's time to assess our progress after the third quarter of school. Your task is to write thoughtful comments about how you think you are doing in math so far this year. Once you click the submit button, the information gets sent to me so you can't fix it. Please write it in another program (like Microsoft Word), proofread, spell check, and then paste it in the box. After all, you don't want to be embarrassed by obvious spelling errors! If you have any questions about this, please give me a call.

Discuss your tests and whether they were accurate reflections of your understanding of the mathematics we have studied. Discuss your homework completion and, if I've asked you to see me, whether you have come in or not. Also tell about additional mathematics you may have done, such as the POW's or problems you did on your own that you thought were fun. Please keep it to 200 words or less.

Pretend you are Mr. Fincher writing to your parents about you. In no more than 200 words, write what you think I should write to your parents.

As we wrap up the year, is there anything you would like to comment on or tell me?

I've really enjoyed class this year! Thank you for a wonderful time!
