For the purpose of sharing with the community and others the high quality work of our ASIJ math students on the Math—A State of Mine project, we are asking permission for your child’s work to be published on the ASIJ web site. Because of the overall high quality of this project, we are also asking your permission to allow us to include your child’s work in our professional portfolios, use it in other teaching situations, or use it in professional publications. If we use your child’s work, it will not have his or her full name attached. It will be presented with one name and an initial, just a first name, or anonymously.
