Euclid's Inventions 

Of Euclid's inventions his most famous is The Elements, which was the base of geometry. The Elements were based on the geometry of the Greeks. After The Elements were written, The Elements were the actual base of geometry itself. People used the information in the volumes to do a lot of things, such as measure things. For example building houses, or a computer , which would be very hard to make without geometry, as you would have to measure the shapes of the computer. People use geometry to calculate numbers, measure shapes, width, height and other things like that. We also use geometry to read maps. Perhaps from The Elements famous mathematicians might have gotten ideas, and thousands of people have used The Elements for school books. I think that without the 13 volume The Elements, we would be completely lost.  Or there are The Elements of Music, which has probably taught lots of people lots of things. Like which note is A and what a sharp looks like or how to sing a scale. We can't be sure about these things, but we know it has something to do with music. The world might have missed out on all the things he invented if they hadn't used both of those books I have talked about. Well, as you an see a lot of people used Euclid's inventions.

People use it basically as math because geometry is a part of math that we use to calculate numbers and how to measure shapes, width, height and other things like that. For example we use it to read maps, we use it for measuring shapes, we use it for a lot of stuff. People also use The Elements of Music. We don't' know for sure what it is used for but we think it is used for music in some way.

I think that without the 13 volumes of The Elements, we would be completely lost. The Elements were based on the geometry of the Greeks. As time goes on however, there is a other group outside Euclidean geometry, called non-Euclidean geometry, but this is rather modern.
